A house may bring in up to $150.00 per year.
As an example: Many apartment complexes or property management companies have properties with 2000 units or more. If you have a customer that manages or owns 2000 units you are starting out pretty well. With 2000 units, you could make up to $11,666.00 per month. KEEP IN MIND, THIS IS ONE CUSTOMER. Note: the following example assumes the tenants will turnover every two years. That's one year longer than the average one year lease.
